Charles Edward Noe, 60, of Franklin passed away on December 11, 2017. He was born on February 17, 1957.

He is survived by his wife Violet Noe of Franklin; sons Roger Noe of Franklin and Chad Noe of Edinburgh; sisters Etta Jones and Sue Perez of Edinburgh; 5 grandchildren- 4 boys and 1 girl- Alex Noe of Taylorsville, Anthony Noe of Edinburgh, Tristin Noe of Edinburgh, and Braylan Noe of Edinburgh, and Nakia Noe of Franklin.

He is preceded in death by his father Harold Noe of Edinburgh; mother Sarah Noe of Edinburgh; brother Roger Dale Noe of Chicago; and sisters Mary Ferril of Franklin and Ruth Straugh of Edinburgh.
